When it comes to lashing, our fundamentals are crucial as this will set us up with a solid foundation to build upon, so our classics and volumes are a great place to start. It is so exciting to think about beginning a career as a Lash Artist and all the different styles you may want to include in your services! Some clients love a more natural and enhanced beauty look whilst other clients love a full and fluffy look. Soon enough you will master the craft and enjoy all the fun it is to be an artist. Let’s get you starting out strong with both options so that we can achieve your goals!

So, let’s have a look at what you will learn over the next 2 days during our time together!
New Course Dates Now Avaliable!
Day 1
Your training hours will run from 9am to 3pm.
On day 1, you will do some theory work with us from 9am to 11.30am before we break for lunch.
I bet you are wondering what will be included in your theory lesson so let us give you a break down:
Introduction/Ground Rules
- Description of the lash extensions business
- Career opportunities
- Golden rules for client service
- Tools and work area preparation
- Posture and tweezer grip
- Health and safety
- Lash structure and its growth cycle
Zooming In and Preparing for the Work
- Studying various eye and face shapes
- Eye anatomy for eyelash extensions
- Working with different extension materials and forms
- Elaborations of the design of the client’s look
- Contraindications for eyelash extensions
- Infection prevention
Following this, we will have a half an hour for lunch so that you can re-fuel for your hands on work!
From 12pm to 3pm we begin hands on training which means you get to get in and try it out for yourself on a live model – how exciting! You will now learn:
Working with Natural Lashes and Extensions
- Preparation of the natural lashes
- Classic/Volume and unorthodox extension designs
- Classic/Volume application techniques
- Studying and choosing adhesives
- Accurate isolation of lashes
- Gentle separation of lash stickies
- Live supervised model practice
After this, you will be finished for the day and ready for a much-needed rest and reset so that you are ready to go for day 2.
Day 2
On Day 2 your training will start at 9am again. From 9am to 9.30am we will go through any questions you may have from the previous day and go through any feedback.
From 9.30am to 12pm we will jump straight into hands on training and some more live model work. The more your practice, the better you will get!
From 12pm to 12.30pm we will break for lunch before we get right back into it from 1pm to 2.30pm. Today we will cover:
Application and Retention of Extensions
- Application of eyepads
- Application of an extension to a lash
- Refills for lash extensions
- Live supervised model practice
From 2.30pm-3pm we will go through any final questions and feedback before the fun part – certification! You will now receive your starter kit and your framed certificate which you can proudly display in your salon.
We understand that this sounds like a lot to take in, and in truth, it is but we will be with you every step of the way to offer you all our support and guidance. Following your course, you also have access to student support for 6 months as well as a one-on-one session where you can watch us work.

The full cost of this 2-day course is $1200.
